Stayed at the Vdara for a conference held at the Cosmopolitan, and loved it! When staying in Vegas, I always prefer to stay in hotels with no casino, and the Vdara is the best place I have stayed yet. The rooms are spacious, clean and...More
Vdara is a luxurious hotel in a quiet corner off the strip. The hotel room is very spacious, modern and spotless. Large bathroom and a useful kitchen area. There is easy access to the strip via the Bellagio. Love that there's a Starbucks by the...More
We always come back to Vdara for the great rooms they offer with a view, value and comfort in mind. Where else can you stay with a full kitchen and often an extra powder room. They are always ready to accommodate us as best they...More
If your intentions in Vegas are to stay somewhere nice without having to contend with hordes of gamblers and suffocating clouds of cigarette smoke, Vdara is the place for you. The staff were very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the hotel itself was beautiful and...More
Beautifully appointed non casino hotel. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy to walk to Aria, Bellagio and Caesar Palace and all the others. This will be my hotel in Vegas. We'll definitely be back. Only minor drawback was the lack of a full service restaurant. There...More

We originally were going to have a fountain view but we upgraded for a very small amount to a corner suite. It is a bit larger and has pocket doors between the living room area and the bedroom that actually separate the space, if that is something that may be important to you. Our view was of the Aria next door and of the strip across the street from the Bellagio (Planet Hollywood, etc.), and it was fine, but of course the fountains would have been prettier to look at. Our suite also had a washer and dryer, I’m not sure if all of the suites do, but it was nice to be able to do a bit of laundry. If the view is more important to you than the size of the space, I’m sure the fountain view room will be lovely. Whichever room you choose, be sure to ask at check in or when you get into the room for them to send up robes and slippers, and plates, cups, cutlery, etc. There’s no charge for any of it to be put in the room for your use, but they don’t do it automatically, you have to request it, which isn’t a big deal. If you do have a washer/dryer, housekeeping can also bring you complimentary detergent and fabric softener. The service is fantastic and everyone is very helpful! Happy anniversary to you!

Yes and No. These properties are so big and almost everything inner connects. This one is set back One building back and is connected directly to the Beliagio via a foot bridge. The Aria (sister hotel / Casino) is right next to this one and is connected by a free tram / train that runs every few minutes. But yes everything that is in this area is the Strip and this is right near the center if you consider the Beliago the center.
