Exactly what you want in a hostel. Really social atmosphere, owner runs outings every night where he gets everyone cheap entry and cheap drinks. Close to the strip and downtown. Great location, friendly staff.

Almost everything some ppl rated the hostel 1* for is exactly what I'm looking for in a Vegas hostel.. The staff is friendly and will take good care of you when you go there. It's cheap, clean and they have a good vibe going on. If you're not into parties, drinking and meeting new people you shouldn't go there.. but...

The receptionists are very unfriendly and rude. There are no rules about drinking over night. I seriously saw two guys taking cocaine right in from the main entrance to the rooms and in from a cctv... Please, take attention to this type of guests. The price is quite good and kitchen is small but acceptable. I could stay here again...

For all the backpackers - this is THE place to stay. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and lots of new people to meet, choose Hostel Cat. One thing - they don't have breakfast included, but there are a lot of diners and stores around. The bust stops are a minute's walk away. You can easily...

I would definitely not recommend to stay in this hostel. I read the comments and they wrote about breakfast, but I think they don't do it anymore, while there was no breakfast at all. They referred me to a kind of bakery. I had the feeling they tried to make money out of everything. I wanted to print my ticket...

We wanted to save up a little bit on the weekend rate which is so high in the main hotels so we picked up this hostel found on the Internet. It's cheap and it's not that far from the Strip. Actually it's only three stops from the Stratosphere and the bus stop is right next to the hostel. The neighbourhood...

Hostel cat was located in between the start of Las Vegas strip, near the stratosphere(15 min walk) and Fremont street (20 minute walk) which is the old strip and much more interesting of an evening. The staff at hostel cat are super lovely; welcoming and helpful- you are given a map and things to do in Las Vegas which was...
