When traveling to Las Vegas for work I find it necessary to stay off the strip and preferably in a place that does not have a casino. Call me boring, but I like to stay on track and separate the business from pleasure. I enjoy staying here because I can check both of those boxes. In addition, I appreciate the...

Our group booked this hotel for attending a sport event during the I heart radio festival weekend in Sept. All the hotels in the area were either booked or too expensive. The check in and check out was quick, rooms were clean and beds are comfy. The pool area is clean and quiet when we were there. My negative comment...

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in January as part of a business trip. It was so great to be at a place that is completely smoke-free. The location is great, very close to the strip (5 minute Uber ride). The hotel itself was very clean, professional, and modern. My room was very clean, and the bed was...

The hotel is nice overall. Lobby has welcome fruit water drink which was good. The King size bedroom was clean, spacious, bathroom was good. We were there just for 1 night. Next morning thought to have breakfast at the cafe in their lobby area. I my hubby and my sis-in-law's husband were there to order. We just stood there and...

Karma F, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry that our staff made you feel that way. It is not indicative of our service standard and we can assure you that this has been addressed with the team. We feel this is an isolated issue so we would love to see you again in the near future....

As a person who has been to Vegas more than once I realized that staying off the strip could save me a lot of headache and more importantly big money. Location: A quick 10-15 min ride to the airport and a 5 minute monorail ride to the strip this location is very convenient. The nearby surroundings are not particularly exciting...

We stayed at Renaissance towards the end of December 2016. The hotel is clean, spacious and it was a comfy stay for all of us. The front desk staffs were all professional and very friendly. This hotel is non-smoking and thus better environment for family with kids. We also like the free parking. We are happy with our stay at...

My wife and booked a last minute room for 2017 New Year's celebration and found rooms at the Renaissance. The hotel is off "the strip" but is located a few minutes walk to the Las Vegas Monorail. We used it to travel to and from Paris Hotel and Casino for our new year's party. Our room had a very comfortable...

I stayed here over the 2016 New Year's Eve weekend for it was also my Anniversary. Upon check in Nicolas Amato was very kind and provided us with Great Service and a wonderful rate. Everything during our stay meet our expectation. Until we encountered with the Front Office Manager Delia Gonzalez who was very rude, condescending and down right a...

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry that the impression you received from some our staff was less than satisfactory. We pride ourselves on delivering consistent exceptional service. Unfortunately, for New Years Eve the rates were slightly higher due to the demand and limited availability that the hotel had. We remained very competitive with the area so...

Where do I start? First off, let me say that RUBY, at the front desk, was so AWESOME!! She went above and beyond and really helped us out! Give that woman a raise!! The hotel is off strip which is fine because sometimes you just want to disappear and relax without all the hustle and bustle of the strip! It's...

Being on the Strip is fun but we actually prefer to stay at properties just off, so we can choose when to be part of the action and when to shut it off. Renaissance is just one stop on the monorail away from all the action and offers good service and great amenities for much less than strip hotels. The...
