Arrived just before midnight...had to call maintenance because the toilet kept running. The maintenance man was on his job, fixed the toilet and checked several things. He checked the air conditioning/heater unit and found out it had no filter, which he replaced. Next day we saw what looked like mold on the vent in the bathroom. When we left the...

My favorite hotel in Vegas when it comes to having plenty of room, ALL the rooms are suites. Easy to get around inside the hotel. Great resaurants, my favorite is the Sports Deli, when you can get a pizza or an awesome sandwich at 3am.

Been staying at the rio for five years now and although there have been a few issues over the years, one particular Hotel staff named Parker always takes care of us and makes sure my wife and I are completely satisfied with our visit. As a Total Rewards member, I have to say that I was not totally thrilled when I found out the only place I could stay complimentary (still had to pay resort fees) for this most recent stay was Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino. First of all, it's off the strip, out of the way, just seemed rather inconvenient. They...

This place is in need of some overdue remodeling. The escalaters did not work the 3 days we were there. Had a beautiful view from our room too bad the windows were dirty. There was a sewer odor by the elevators near the rear of the casino. Room was dated and tired. Best part of stay was Breakfast at Hash...

Great value for the money we spent. It's very close to the strip but not congested in the middle of all the people. Plenty of options without ever leaving the property for restaurants, gambling and entertainment.

The show in the sky never happens and it was supposed to be hourly. The escalators didn't work the entire time so getting to your room was a hassle. We were told to advise someone at check in of it being our anniversary, so we did and at first we thought we got upgraded but nope. We finally got to...

What was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday and anniversary celebration at the hotel where we first vacationed together 15 years ago turned into a chaotic, stressful five days due to two fires in electrical generators over a two day period and the resulting lack of customer service and safety and evacuation planning. While the fires MAY have been unavoidable,...

Stayed at the Rio in Fecember for a girl's trip. I have stayed here numerous times and the hotel is in need of some upgrades. Some of the elevators weren't working most of the time. The rooms are large but showing a lot of wear and tear. When we arrived, my friends room had a bunch of leftovers in the...
