My husband had been to Vegas on business before and thought it would not be somewhere that we would enjoy as neither of us gamble and generally like more peaceful resorts. However, as we were visiting relations in San Francisco we decided to go for 3 days. Chose the Four Seasons mainly due to the fact that there was no...

We did not want all the of the casinos and nightlife, the Four Seasons was a perfect choice. The private elevators allow you to avoid the long waits and crowded elevators at Mandalay. We ate at the Verandah three times (once at the pool) nice menus for lunch and dinner, great service. The kids were excited to go to the...

I staying in a beautiful suite for two weeks. Loved every minute of it. For me, the difficulty came from not being able to differentiate the suite from the public areas which made for some interesting nude volksmarching. Loved the chocolates!

Fortunately the organizers of our business conference chose the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas for our group's national meeting. The Four Seasons occupies the top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel (35-39) and has its own interior and exterior public spaces, meeting rooms and restaurants. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful as are the staff at te Spa...

This hotel is the standard by which all others aspire to be. Every single employee we encountered was pleasant, professional, and personable. Each bought into the Four Seasons philosophy of making the guest's experience the best possible. From the doorman, to the front desk, concierge desk, pool attendants, house keeping, and valets. Exceptional service and care from beginning to end...

I stayed here recently for one night with my husband and two daughters under 5. I could not have asked for more! If you are planning on going to Las Vegas with children (or without) this is where you want to be! The staff are amazing, the valets, bellmen (and woman), front desk, concierge and houskeeper were just wonderful and...

3 star hotel at 5 star prices. Not a lot here that screams Four Seasons. Service at breakfast terribly slow, their "free use of the house car" isn't much of a perk as it was never available the 7 times we tried to use it. Either get another car, or get rid of the one they have - current setup...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. It's a toss-up whether the Four Seasons or the Mandarin Oriental is the best hotel in Vegas. Four Seasons is less flamboyant, for sure, but still excellent in every way.

God is in the details. FS Las Vegas has earned its reputation as a haven on the strip with its quiet elegance and upscale ambiance. Staff here are efficient, professional and warm, and every employee, from housekeeping staff to the concierge, greets guests by name. Always ready with a smile or an offer to help, the staff are the backbone...
