We had a 2-night stay at the Bellagio for our anniversary. We were very disappointed, to say the least. On the plus side, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, the room itself was not what we expected. We found a dirty hand towel hanging as a clean one in the bathroom, the bed was very hard and not...

The only negative feedback I have is I wish the check in process was a little quicker. I was upgraded to an amazing suite. All of the staff I encountered were professional and courteous. We ordered room service which was perfect. We a had fountain view suite and really enjoyed the show each night. We will definitely be back!!

I traveled to Las Vegas with my husband, brother, sisters, and cousin. My brother had his own room on another floor but my husband and I had a huge suite with a connecting room where my sisters and cousin slept. Holy moly! This room was amazing!! Our room was facing the fountains which was great (even though our windows were...

Upon checking in at the Bellagio we realised that an error had been made by our travel agents, who had booked us in for incorrect dates. The check in manager (Eric) could not have been more helpful and accomodating in helping us sort out the issues, and even included a $50 food and beverage voucher to help settle my nerves...

Booked a two night stay here and was expecting a really nice place with great service based on its reputation. As nice as it is we didn't get very good service or value for the price. The line to check in took well over an hour which was an extremely disappointing way to start the trip. In fairness the Bellagio...

I hadn't been to Vegas in 10 years and I was looking forward to see how things have changed on the strip since I was last there. When booking hotels I initially booked at Aria as they had a great deal that included "two buffets daily" in the rate. About a week later while still searching I found that the...

Room check in was good. I had completed the on-line mobile checkin but for some reason did not receive the email as the system stated. At reception I was checked in with no issues. The room (smaller than I expected) had an EXCELLENT view of the fountains. We really enjoyed it. Being able to hear the music through the TV...

We flew in for a friend's 50th anniversary party and he had a block of rooms separated. The checkin process was tiresome and needs some polishing. Our room was very nice, and we requested an oscillating fan, which was delivered immediately. The bed was a little uncomfortable and there was NO coffee in the room (what the heck??) but we...

First time in Vegas so we (family) decided to stay in the iconic "Bellagio" vs. my head which told me to stay at the Mandarin Oriental (and for a better price I might add!). Check-in was appalling with huge lines and hordes of people pushing in everywhere. The front desk were though typically pleasant. We had a fountain view room...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Inspired by the beautiful villages of Europe, AAA Five Diamond Bellagio overlooks a Mediterranean-blue lake in which fountains perform a magnificent ballet choreographed to music and lights. The lobby is, in a word, grand, both in scale and in design. Above the 18-foot ceiling is a coffer filled with the most extraordinary glass masterpiece, Fiori di Como, created by glass sculptor Dale Chihuly, whose work has been exhibited in every major museum in the world. At Bellagio, elegantly appointed accommodations pair modern conveniences with the warmth of home, featuring sweeping vistas of the resort's lake, surrounding mountains and Las Vegas skyline. Discerning guests who book a Penthouse suite are invited to indulge in the luxurious Chairman's Lounge which offers a private registration and concierge experience. Bellagio's restaurants run the gamut from gourmet Five Diamond to casual dining. Food lovers no longer have to go to Paris or New York for the best culinary experiences. Bellagio features a Michelin two star restaurant (Picasso), two Michelin one star restaurants (Le Cirque and MICHAEL MINA Bellagio), two AAA Five Diamond restaurants (Picasso and Le Cirque) and a James Beard award-winning restaurant (Picasso). Bellagio also is home to four James Beard award-winning chefs - Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Michael Mina and Nevada's first James Beard award recipient, Julian Serrano. Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge led by Chef Akira Back features seasonal fish and ingredients flown in daily from the finest markets around the world. Bellagio is home to an impressive collection of luxury retailers including Hermes, Valentino, Guerlain and OMEGA as well as the resort's retail promenade, Via Bellagio, featuring Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Breguet, Prada, Harry Winston, Chanel, Dior, Fendi and Bottega Veneta. A world-class art gallery showcasing annual museum-caliber exhibitions, the exquisite beauty of the lush Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, Cirque du Soleil's stunning performance of "O," an intimate wedding chapel, luxurious spa and salon, dynamic nightlife of The Bank, Hyde Bellagio, Lily Bar & Lounge and an elegant casino add to the symphony that is Bellagio. ... more   less
