Large hotel with well appointed rooms, but the ambiance with the hotel lobby lacked a bit of character. Lots of great dining options and there's a Cirque du soleil show onsite available. Rating a 3.5 because I didn't like the lack of smoke ventilation and the fact that there's no personal attention to guests. You feel completely anonymous if you're...

I had read the reviews for the hotel that said housekeeping could be sketchy, I was hoping that maybe the problems had been fixed so went ahead and booked our 1 night stay. I was expecting long check in lines, but hey, that's Vegas right? We arrived early and checked our bags in the lobby check area. Wandered around and...

The MGM Grand was so big we got lost several times. The walk from our room to the strip was a long one, but our room was nice. We used the $20 trick to get a complimentary upgrade to the Grand King room. It was clean and beautiful but I thought the pillows were too soft. The hotel has nice...

Worst trip ever to Vegas. I came back more stressed out than when I got there....never again. MGM is now responsible for starting this new nonsense of charging its' guests a hefty fee for parking, valet or self parking. Because of this, all the hotels on the Strip are now doing it as well. Add that to the ridiculous "resort...

I booked a king room online. When I came to check in there was over a 90 minute wait. The line was not moving and others guests were upset! I decided to try to QR code self check in after waiting in line for 30 minutes. It still took an additional 25 minutes to get the "self service" room key....

Location is okay. Hotel is very run down. Paid for the upgrade and it was very disappointing. Hotel staff at front desk tried to argue with me about my experience. Wont return to this hotel. It was my birthday too and they didn't acknowledge it, was not impressed overall.

This is the only Vegas hotel I have stayed in so could be that this is the best, but I doubt it!! It is massive and has everything in terms of facilities. It does smell of smoke but imagine they all do as you can smoke indoors. I checked in on my mobile, my friends waited till they got to...

Upon arriving for a very late night check in, our check in associate greeted us with big smiles and friendly demeanor. Acknowledging how tired and spent we were, asked a few probing questions as to why we were here, told her it was my birthday gift and our 1st time to Vegas. She was so helpful, gracious and courteous, and...

On arrival Monday 19th Feb (pm) the check in queues were at a minimum and pretty painless for the 12 of us. I was not offered any sort of upgrade even though I reminded them we were here for my 50th birthday celebrations. Two of our party had to upgrade at a cost of $50 per night, as they wanted...
