I arrived just before 6 pm and they had given away my reserved King size bed room. Put me in a double double room and said that I could move to a king the next day. Too much of a hassle to move so I stayed. The hallways were filthy and there was a cigarette butt on the floor for...

I have attempted to make reservations for a small group (13 rooms) and the Reservation/Booking Company was almost impossible to get in touch with and when I did the concern and enthusiasm was not there. They directed me back to the hotel and the hotel directed me back to them...Which at that time I got cut off. This was after...

I love this hotel casino and stay quit frequently. The tower rooms are clean and quiet. The Las Vegas Strip views from the tower rooms, on the strip side, are amazing. The hotel is currently replacing their "courtyard" rooms for a new tower and many more rooms. What is awesome about this casino is that it is well known in...

Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Rooms were on small side, but nice. We had great view of city lights and strip from our room. Buffet was good. Check in and out process painless.

We stayed here for a family wedding in April and had read some horror stories. We did stay in the tower and not the older part of the hotel. The tower was comfortable, although I would suggest a high floor. We stayed on the first level of rooms, and the room would fill with cigarette smoke in the middle of...

This has been my five time here. The price is great for a big family, especially for kids. It does get busy, but to get the great price you need to get the play card. Can not wait for the next time to came to Las Vegas.

When we got there the rooms were filthy and unkept!! The carpet was so filthy that your feet stuck to the carpet and you couldn't walk on the tile floors because either you slipped or it was like walking on tar paper!! We told front desk and also addressed this problem with Adam the front desk manager for the hotel......

Since they tore down the Riviera Hotel, Palace Station is my new Las Vegas hotel. The room I had was very large with 2 queen beds. Bathroom had 2 vanities with sinks. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I was comped the room for 3 nights and I am not a big gambler. The rewards club...

The place is clean and the casino area doesn't stinks with smokes. The only problem is they charged to use their WIFI. They already charged a resort fee but WIFI is not free. Will not stay with them again and will not recommend it with anyone.
