We arrived to Las Vegas 1 day early and found a room that was priced right and being that we were already there eating at Diablos we booked a room. There were less expensive rooms but we figured we'd give this a try. Parking is very convenient, the lot is well monitored and we were assisted at the ticket entry...

Room was good nothing that bad but also, not very good. Just a good stay. Housekeeping is very good! At times, during the day, the passage to the hotel from parking is closed due to construction witch makes for a not too nice walk to the casino. Many places are closed within including a café! They are concentrated on building...

Good hotel on the strip. Clean and Ok for budget - mid range traveler. The service was great, just like everywhere in Vegas. We stayed May 2017, hotel pool was undergoing renovation and was closed, but you can access Mandalay Bay pool ( amazing) and MGM Grand pool (Very good).

This is a great hotel if you want to stay on the strip and be close the T-mobile. The hotel has tram that can take you to the Bellagio and the City Center Shops & Hotels: Aria, Vdara and the Mandarin Oriental

This hotel is getting old and tired now - dated furnishings in the room and some peeling wall paper. And the shower and toilet plumbing from next door was too easily heard in our room. But it is otherwise comfortable. Nice beds. Good sized rooms. Good location. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. I would stay again.

My wife and I flew to Vegas because we had skymiles and wished to visit the Grand Canyon again, Red Rocks, Lake Mead, Nellis AFB and the Hoover Dam. This hotel undoubtedly is one of the worst that we have ever stay-in and our travels took us worldwide having served in the military for 20 years. The checking in process...

The hotel is currently under obvious renovation. The pool is closed and construction noise can clearly be heard. And don't expect any type of compensation to keep you happy. I was at the front desk simply asking for the resort fee to be removed, to keep my happy, and front desk staff was rude, inflexible and refused... While I was...

Stayed as a group at the hotel. The rooms are not as spacious as in some of the other hotels around. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room, which is essential for a tourist. Casino around the lobby is an attraction but it makes the lobby crowded.

We arrived late, around 4am, being exhausted from a ten hour drive, while waiting in line to check in, and when it was our turn to walk up, another lady came from the side and just cut us off, the front desk agent (Liz) did not bother to tell her to wait her turn, instead proceeded to check her in!...

The Monte Carlo came as a recommendation from a family member who frequents the area. The check-in was smooth and the common areas are very well kept. Upon checking in to my room I immediately was annoyed as I saw 2 queen sized bed and had reserved a deluxe king suite. Called the front desk to see what went wrong...
