Stayed 3 nights on business and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of check-in and check out, the great customer service and the general relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were pleasantly appointed and very clean. Do wish they had in room coffee pots, and like most hotels, the mini bar prices were outrageous. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the...

Pros Pantry: The restaurant The Pantry is very good. Check-In Experience: We got downgraded to the Tower King Room even though we had booked a suite. The check-in agent Lewis however made sure we got a good rate on the Tower King Bathroom: The bathroom is very spacious. Cons Room: The room misses the most basic amenities such as bathrobe,...

After staying at the Mirage many times, I'm finally getting around to reviewing it. This has always been my "go to" hotel in Vegas, mainly because of the location and the reasonable dining options. I will say that the hotel is beginning to look a bit worn. This last visit I had to change rooms because of a problem with...

Hotel in general is tired and in need of upgrade Andy it shows. Elevators are slow, sometimes taking up to 5 minutes to service floors. Front end was acceptable and friendly, the restaurants were adequate. The trouble came in the rooms themselves, the hot water when turned on, made the room sound like the pipes were going to shake out...

My husband and I stayed at the Mirage from January 2nd-5th, 2017. We were scheduled to stay in Vegas until Friday the 6th, but we had to switch hotels from the Mirage to the Orleans. When we were planning out trip, we didn't realize that the CES( Consumer Electronic Show) was in town and if we wanted to stay our...

This was our first visit to this MGM property. We found the hotel to be fine, escept for one day when they did not make up our room for some reason. This was quickly corrected after a phone call. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed 5 nights at the Mirage on a business trip. I can't say enough about the comfortable bed and more the pillows! They offer an assortment of pillows on each bed. Wish more hotels would follow suit.. The Mirage also offers several restaurant options but honestly I must say LVB Burger was hands down delish! I was with a group...

I had a terrible experience at the Mirage and will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. I could have picked a worse hotel to have spent my Birthday, Anniversary celebration and my wife's first time to Vegas. I checked in on the 31st and was told on check in that I'd be required to pay the balance of...

I remember a time when The Mirage was considered fancy...yeah, hubby and I stayed here on our first visit to vegas in '96 (yikes, that long ago??). Fast forward to 2017 and we were back reserving one of their 2 bedroom tower suites. Pros: Service, Service, Service. Every staff member I interacted with (valet, bellman, maid, desk clerks), were friendly,...

We stayed 5 nights in a standard queen room and have had a really good stay! The room was ok (despite the bathroom was quite small and old), the people were all very nice and the restaurants and bars all Very convenient. We appreciated all that very much and found it a very good value for money.
