I love the new bathroom updates. Very comfortable rooms. Accent wall needs repainted, outlets are wore out, could use more housekeeping as room was very dusty. All in all staff very accommodating and as usual for the past 20yrs we had a great time.
I fly to Laughlin 3-4 times a year & usually stay at Harra'hs Hotel & Casino, but like to gamble at the Edgewater as well as Harrahs!I like the older Slot Maschines the most & find them at the Edgewater! I am always having fun & a bit of Luck at Edgewater Casino
The hotel is older but very nice. It was very cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the river. We had dinner at the newly remodeled Hickory Pit. The food was excellent but very pricey. They did have a small non-smoking area in the casino.
Staff needs to be a little more attentive with drinks. Waters and coffee's ran dry. Eggs to order chef was excellant. All food hot and delicious. PLEASE GET A TOASTER. Breakfast needs toast. Have stayed here for several years. I always ask for toast with my breakfast. NO WAY.…
There are several reasons for my poor rating. First of all, we asked for a room on the pool side of the resort, there are 2 sides, one side has a pool, the other does not. We were given a room on the wrong side. Simple enough, we went back down and got a room on the other side.…
"Our rooms were supposed to overlook pool, but overlooked the entry way to Casino"
"Ask for a room close to the elevator and a river view"
"Choose Santa Fe for a smaller building with balcony or Sedona for a tower"
"If you go into the older tower (non-smoking) room 620 and 622 have a little view of the river. Nothing too special though.."
