Employees were rude and very uncooperative. Room was fair, lacking amenities you would expect. Will not stay here again. Food was terrible.

Room was not great. Paint job was not finished, lots of spackle marks, buttons on the tv did not work. Bed was comfortable at least, staff was friendly. Only at their little train car restaurant. Service was slow and I'm not sure how you mess up a grilled cheese sandwhich but they did.

This is one of the most quit rooms I have stayed in. Stayed in February and March 2012 both trips were great. The cafe has good breakfast. The buffet is ok.

Its a decent hotel, very inexpensive. Casino is okay.. You get what you pay for, I booked a resort room, it was decent not much to it. I guess I was expecting a little more out of the word "Resort"... But all in all it was worth the price.. I would stay again..

Everything was a disappointment except for the bed. It was comfortable. The restaurants, and the room were mediocre. The toilet ran continuously, so I called for repair. Waited half an hour for the repairman, then an hour to change out parts. Ridiculous.

When we got to the cashier, they were less than friendly. After paying we waited again to be seated. We weren't seated, we were...

The Tropicana was always our favorite place to stay, good rooms, a great swimming pool, and usually you could park in the garage pretty close to the elevators. Now they have decided to give VIP treatment to Locals, to the detriment of the rest of us. The closest parking spaces are designated for locals, their is a special line at...

From the dirty worn elevator, to the hall which had obviously not been vacuumed in the recent past, I was greated to lovely short black curly hairs that had not been cleaned from the bathtub. The bed was shortsheeted and the pillow cases had laundered in stains. We have been regular vistors to the Tropicana for many years, but out...

If you like $6.75 Domestic Beers, stay here. If you like terrible food at a High Cost, eat at the steak house. If you like establishments that trest their employee's like trash, stay here. If you feel like being Gouged, stay here. Biker's Beware. You are the ones they are looking for since you are rich and don't care!!!!!!!!!
