My girlfriend and I stayed there last weekend for our anniversary in the king suite it was an amazing room with an amazing view. The manager Rich and his team were super friendly. We will be back for sure. Carlos Canton

Location is what you're paying for here. The resort itself is just ok. It feels 80's. No wi-fi and no cell service. Normally not a big deal but you start to realize how much you rely on your electronics to find things to do and routes and maps very quickly. The staff really was very friendly and accommodating. Please be...

This resort takes advantage of being on of the only locations to stay on the mountain. The rooms are outdated and lacking toiletries but they are clean. The outside isn't bad, but there were tools and ladders out and someone threw a chair in the frozen pond?! Our 8yo liked the video games and air hockey in the lobby (for...

It is a great hotel specially if you are a skier and need good food and a warm place. It is not modern or fancy and a little bit aging but the hotel in general is ok. Romantic place to be if snowing. Food good and good price. Check the weather ...

We drove from Las Vegas to Mount Charleston to see the snow (a bit concerned because of avalanche warning signs en route). Only place to grab lunch and turn around before things got too dicey was Mount Charleston "Resort and Spa". Beautiful scenery but resort is dated. Walked in to carts of clean and dirty linens. Ugh. Restaurant has seen...

This place has so much potential, but it is run horribly. I wish anyone else would buy it because the location is perfect as a get away from Vegas. It is badly in need of a face lift, not much works, and the staff could care less about you (with the exception of the nice maintenance man). The "resort" title...

We were told upon arrival that the wait for a table would be 20 minutes, it was actually almost 2 hours. We would have gone elsewhere but (lucky for them) it is very isolated and they kept telling us we were next. We couldn't understand what was going on as there were a lot of open tables but they apparently...

To put in nicely, this place is okay but could be so much better but still much better than nothing. As residents of Las Vegas we come up here several times a year to enjoy the groupon/living social deal which includes your room, dinner & breakfast for 2 for $99 (plus resort fees and taxes which equal about another $20)....

Overall, the hotel is nice, friendly staff, but definitely needs to be refreshed and the servers in the restaurant need lessons in customer service. Lobby is nicely decorated with a great fireplace to cozy up to. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Mt. Charleston where there are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy in any...

This is my review for the Mt Charleston Hotel just outside of Las Vegas, NV. I just spent $375.45 for a New Years deal that included my suite, a four course dinner for two, a party at midnight and breakfast. That sounds like a great deal right? I mean how bad could it be? Wow where to start. Let start...
