In newly remodeled room and the heater rattled all night, shower pressure was awful and the lack of shuttle service. The front desk was unaware of where the taxi(used instead of shuttle service) pick up was and then called back to tell me I had to wait outside in the garage for the 20-25 minute wait in below 30 degree...

My flight was delayed causing me to miss all my connecting flights so I quickly booked the nearby Hampton inn. This Hampton Inn was under renovation during my stay. The renovation, according to the staff, is something that will affect all of the Hilton Brand in the future. My room, which was renovated, had a very small closet, no chest of drawers for clothes, and a sliding door between the closet and bathroom - a privacy issue.

Putting aside the fact that this proporrty is under renovation, my new room was not clean (including construction dust), new renovations are poorly done, front desk staff are not customer service oriented and the breakfast staff were on cell phones talking. 3 out of 5 stars is being kind!

For the newly renovated rooms, I am not too impressed. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom and no hooks or any where to hang bath towels.
