The Henry Whipple House is beautiful, it definitely stands on in the little town of Bristol, you can tell it's well-maintained. Me, my husband and our nephew booked one room for Ragged Mountain ski and it's so rare that you can find a room with a king bed and a full bed that all 3 us can stay together, definitely...

This was the first B&B I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very accommodating and respectful. If you have any allergies/food preferences etc. don't hesitate to ask! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The suite was clean, spacious, and updated yet kept true to the character of the house....

What a lovely b&b, just what we wanted! Beautiful, well appointed room in a home with many interesting period pieces. It was so comfortable to be a vegetarian here. Sandra knew just how to make delicious and interesting food with grace and friendly service. We will be back next month!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Columbus Day weekend to enjoy the fall foliage in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. We loved the Whipple House, where we stayed in Henry's Room, which was beautifully decorated and boasted a spacious bathroom. This historic home is very well maintained with antique pieces throughout but also has modern...

Chose this B & B based on reviews we read here. Had no particular reason to visit Bristol, but the Whipple House made our decision easy. Highly recommend a stay here. Lovely decor and wonderful breakfast.

Excellent stay at this very nice bed and breakfast. Our room was very nicely decorated, the breakfasts were delicious every day (we were there for 5), and Sandra gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, hiking, activities in the area. We were there for Bristol NH Marathon, and B and B is in walking distance to start/finish. Also were asked what...

We really have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The room was elegant and large for a B&B, the house is beautiful without being too precious and includes a period-appropriate kitchen (as opposed to some modern, historically-inaccurate atrocity), the breakfasts were wonderful (creative, lots of fresh ingredients), and Sandra is a great host (she's real and down-to-earth...

Found the place on line - all good -- arrived to check in -- parking is behind the home and is plentiful. The checkin is pretty quick and easy -- The house had two indoor cats - one pretty friendly -- the other one -- well he lets you stay in his house. Booked the Sewing room - queen size...

The house is beautiful. We stayed in the Carriage House, which is an old barn, but you wouldn't even know it! It was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed to feel right at home. The main house was beautiful as well and the owners definitely do everything possible to make you feel right at home. They are probably some...

The Henry Whipple House was a wonderful experience. The house and room were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very modernized and the bedroom very spacious. I can't say enough about Sandra as a hostess. I mentioned that I prefer to eat gluten free and she said no problem, she already had gluten free cookies in the oven!...
