If you want a "sleep and go", this is the place. Everything you need is here, but nothing fancy. Inkeepers Bob and Theresa are most accommodating. This is our 3rd year here in the fall and it's always the place we come. In town and close to all dining.
This is a great place to stay! For the price you can’t beat it! It’s a little dated, but VERY clean. Pet friendly was able to bring my dog. The staff is SUPER friendly. Was a great find!! I definitely would stay there again!
It was comfortable, inexpensive and acceptable for a night to sleep. Only coffee in the office in the morning. Very nice nearby restaurant, Welsh's,which served a fabulous breakfast and a huge buffet on Sunday mornings.
stayed here for one night on a recent road trip. never got to meet the staff as we checked in after they all went home. room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Bathroom had no light, but did have a bottle opener attached to the wall instead :/
I liked it. Quite old-school and a little odd, but a great deal. I was there in early May, and only paid 55 bucks plus tax. Good bed, TV, wifi. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The Inn is pretty close to the road and the associated noise. Maybe ask for a room further…
"Get a room further from, not nearer to, the street"
"Don't choose a room and go somewhere else"
"Get the double beds"
"Perhaps ask for room furthest from Route 16. May be a bit less noise from passing traffic... not sure."
"If you're just stopping in, a great place for the price. Nice owners."
