We once again stayed two nights over Thanksgiving eve and day at the lodge this week. The room was immaculate and the food wonderful and served by a very friendly staff. I have been coming to this place for decades and always enjoy the feel and tradition of the lodge. We hiked out the front door and met many guests...

We went on a family hut-to-hut hike for 4 days. We started at the lodge. Our room was basic but clean and confortable. Beds were perfect and the surroundings great. Service was good and the front desk helping. I think it is a good choice to start you trip in the White mountains region. Dinner and breakfast were included, generous...

Stayed at Joe Dodge Lodge after two days of hiking in the White Mountains. Very comfortable bed and good buffet meals for dinner and breakfast. Bathroom is not in sleeping room - showers and sinks are in Men's and Women's bathrooms. Men's bathroom was very clean.

We arrived at Dodge Lodge after four days of hiking in the White Mountains. The Lodge is a warm, clean, and friendly place. There's a lovely library and the rooms are comfortable. Hearty food is available. AMC staff and volunteers were friendly, accommodating and helpful. (This is not a spa: it's a lodge in the White Mountains, and visitors should...

Very comfortable place to stay for a hiking trip. Decor is throwback- feels like summer camp. Food was fantastic, especially dinner. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about nearby hiking trails. A nice perk is that you can borrow equipment for free, including boots.

Stayed here after spending the night atop Mt Washington at the observatory. Very minimal furnishings but I knew that pre-booking. It would have been nice if washcloths were provided (towels were provided). Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but the offerings were certainly acceptable. Nice library to chill and read by a fire.

Best! AMC's Joe Dodge Lodge is located in the most beautiful spot in the White Mtns. A wonderful place to hike and ski. A bit of a throwback with cozy rooms, shared common rooms and bathroom facilities. A great vibe with young and old people happy to be there. Worst! The Saturday night dinner which was formerly the best of...
