The parking lot was right below the rooms so the bar/restaurant patrons made the stay pretty noisy along with the thin walls. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but a little dated. Historical Restaurant was amazing! Also on busy corner so traffic noise as well.
The hotel is quite old but still in good shape. Very clean. Breakfast is just continental but good coffee and juices. Rooms aren't large but adequate for a short stay. Reception is pleasant. Be sure to note NO Elevator and the stairs are pretty steep....More
Very cool place to stay while touring New England. Family style Inn with busy adjacent restaurant on property. Themed period decor. Super efficient porters for arrival and departures. Opulent Sunday brunch. Really fun, has character and old time style hospitality.
