I stayed at Ruth And Jim's Inn for nine weekends this past year. Ruth And Jim are really wonderful hosts who care about their guests. The inn is an old historic home so the rooms are good size and they all have bathrooms but you have to remember in the old days those rooms did not have a bathroom so...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was just as described and was very comfortable. Ruth had the heat ( we arrived on one of the coldest days so far ) already set. The bed was so comfortable, that both my wife and I fell asleep within minutes of "hitting the sack". Ruth gave us numerous...

The owners were so accommodating to my family as we had a newborn and a grandmother that was coming for a wedding in Jaffery. They put us up in their outside suite which accommodated 3 adults and was the perfect room. It had its own private entrance by the horses. The food each day was unique and local. We also...

When booking this B&B be sure to ask if your room has heat you are able to control. This inn has an annex which has to be entered from outside. I stayed there. The only thermostat in the building is in the main house. So unless the house is cool enough to require heat, your area does not get heat....

We always appreciate feedback from our guests. We are sorry that you felt cold when you stayed in our inn during your visit. As a historic house we do have a heating system that is centrally managed for five of our 10 guest rooms. I remember your visit well. On the day of your visit it was a very warm...

Four of us meet every year for a vacation together and decided on this beautiful and welcoming Bed and Breakfast. The host was so charming and helpful, rooms were lovely and the best breakfast you could have. Wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I spent a night there earlier in the week. We arrived ahead of check in time but the owners were welcoming and hospitable. It was chilly weather and our room was warm and cozy with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, poached eggs with salad and apple scones. Throughout our stay, the owners were terrific in...

The owner, Ruth, welcomed us warmly and served a delicious and hearty breakfast the next morning, which we appreciated before our mountain climb. Our queenside bed was extraordinarily comfortable...the kind you feel a need to take home with you. We'll visit here again!

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable bedding. It is the epitome of New England Inns...complete with the farm. The breakfast and snacks are all homemade with regional foods like maple syrup...so delicious...probably the most delicious and light waffles...crispy but not heavy...so well done...a great place to stay...even though the inn was full,...

The inn was spotless and the innkeepers friendly and helpful.. I would suggest that the common room tv have access to NESN and showtime.. Only a few bucks more as a cost of doing business! Our room was lovely. The bathroom is small but adequate. We would stop there again. Oh-Breakfast was nicely served. The chef was definitely professionally trained!

We had a family wedding in the area and did not make reservations early enough to be at the venue so we stayed at the Benjamin Prescott Inn. We are so happy we were late with our reservations because we totally enjoyed out stay. It was pretty, comfortable and delicious. Everything we ate was locally sourced and perfectly prepared.
