I stayed one night at the poor excuse for a hotel on Feb 14. The staff is terrible, most not in uniform. They do not assist you even after giving them a gratuity. The phone in the room which is from the 1980's was dead. The TV guide did not match the channels. The room is dirty, worn, burn holes...

My husband and I stayed for an early Valentine's Day getaway. We spent part of our day at VINS nature center. Our room was good sized and came equipped with a large tv, a massaging chair, fireplace (turns on via wall timer) and a comfortable king size bed. We were able to catch a brief moment alone in the pool...

This was our second visit, 1 this winter and 1 last. Both time both rooms were in desperate need of maintenance repairs. There were issues both this year and last with the toilets flushing and tubs draining. There were basic things in need like paper towels in the public restrooms that would be an easy fix. Ironically, there was a...

My daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandsons (8 & 11) visited from out of state and reserved a Saturday night stay. I went to this hotel with them for dinner & a swim before returning home. The parking lot was 3/4 full. Check-in was a bit slow, but OK. Went to the 2 queen room. Small, dark, very small bathroom. Went...

The hotel was fairly nice, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, the pool was great and because I was traveling with my three kids this was a must win. The breakfast buffet was good, offering fruit, eggs, potatoes and different juices and milk as well as coffee. The waffle station was off to the side, so a little hard...

I will say at the outset, the staff is wonderful, friendly and very accomodating. For the age of the place (it is very dated) it is very overpriced. I have paid less for a room in downtown Indianapolis and it was top shelf. My biggest complaint was that the Wi-Fi was nearly non existent (and I needed wi-fi to get...

I drove 5 hours on Sunday, so as to be rested for the funeral on Monday. Check in was a breeze. They were decent enough to let my larger dog stay (for$20). Very nice room. Breakfast was pleasant. After the funeral, several of us went back to the hotel for dinner. Food and service were wonderful. If I ever find...

We stayed here one rainy cold October night. The lobby is inviting with its large stone fireplace hearth and free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The reception employees were pleasant and efficient. Our room was dark, with a view of an interior courtyard sort of place. It was so close to the indoor pool that we could look inside to...

It was quite a surprise to find a very nicely renovated totally Americans hotel with Alpine overtones. Humongous stone fireplace faces front door with waterfall on other side facing HUGE eating area & koi pond, trees with white lights...Stunning wood ceiling atrium with pub area. Free breakfast buffet, parking, wifi, and even surrounded by sales tax free shopping centers, and...
