We stayed here last week on our fall trip to Mount Washington. Considering the ratings and not much options available for the peak fall season we had low expectations on this hotel. The hotel is decent enough with all the needed facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The best part is the hospitality. We are so overwhelmed by the... More

I'll admit I was apprehensive about staying having read the other reviews. The pool is cold ,but it's refreshing. There's a gas station next door which sells beer and food. There's a microwave and fridge in room, A toaster downstairs in reception which you can use. There's also a communal ice machine. It's a little (lot) dated but it was... More

Do not stay here. We drove up and were stared at by a family who apparently lives there. Another guy was washing his truck which blocked parking. Took a few minutes for someone to come to office. We told them we had made other arrangements and quickly left the premises. Not sure how this place is allowed to stay open?... More

The room was so gross, the second we opened the door we were overwhelmed with Lysol or some sort of cleaning spray. We had to open the windows and the door to air it out because it was giving us a head ache. The bathroom was so gross there were little fruit flies coming out of the drains and they... More

Made the mistake of not booking a hotel in advance when heading to see Castle in the Clouds. Had just finished a dinner train ride attraction and headed to Moultonborough to see the castle the next day. Arrived around 9:30pm and stopped in to see about a room. Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to even show up... More

As soon as we opened door were overcome with musty dirty smell. Actually had to go to store and buy air freshener. Also there is a crew of people that sit right out front and smoke cigarette after cigarette. It was like being in movie Deliverance. I sincerely hope I did not leave with there bed bugs. NEVER AGAIN

The motel room was smaller than expected. On line , the room looked larger. It is defitenly run down but the staff was very very nice. I did not see any bugs and the bathroom was clean. There were four of us and it was squishy. There was no table like there usually Is in a motel room but there... More

We weren't pleased with the look of our room but it was close to a concert we were going to last July. The reason why I'm posting a review now is that we've finally got the bedbug infestation under control. It turned out that our bags and our jackets had bedbugs on them and the only time we've used them... More

Interesting place to stay if you're into dark and dingy. The place is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Between the squeaky bed, creaky floors, and paper thin walls.. We didn't get a lot of sleep here. I thought it was our neighbors making all that noise but I was wrong. There was no one in the rooms next... More
