We loved our stay here. If you like the super tiny, antiquey, can hear everything in the house kind of places, go somewhere else. This place was just large and modern enough that we felt like we had some privacy, though still intimate. We upgraded to room #2 (i think) which had an amazingly comfortable king bed and hot tub....

by the best breakfasts we've had at any B&B. Emily is a wonderful cook, each morning along with fresh fruit, juice, a homemade pastry we had a choice of 3 other items including eggs each morning. My husband has never liked scones but ate every bit of the lightest scone we've ever had when Emily made them our first morning...

On our way to the inn, we stopped at the viewing area of Mt Washington to take pictures only to find that we could get better pictures from the back deck of the inn. The architecture of the inn is just fascinating. We enjoyed playing pool and snacking on the very tasty cookies. Breakfast was good and the portions were...

My daughter and I stayed overnight and the friendliness and large beds had made us wish we could of stayed longer. Emily cooked up a delicious breakfast and Bob was very sincere and down to earth. Attention to detail is always a must and they succeeded well in heating my maple syrup for my french toast. Very glad we stayed...

Wonderful experience. The breakfast was phenomenal and the the staff (Bob and his lovely wife) was very gracious and welcoming. This was the only place we found that had a TV, Wireless Internet, AND a fireplace in the room, all at a very reasonable price. The view from breakfast was beautiful, looking down the valley. They served us a 3...

The room was beautiful as well. Convenient to shops, outletsI, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths. The perfect location. I would highly recommend this place....

This is an excellent B&B, from the location, to the rooms to the service! Bob and Emily are superb hosts. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfy! And, the room had a jacuzzi/hot tub! How cool is that? Make sure you bring an appetite for breakfast as the portions are large. Bob is also a great tour guide who...

The inn owneres are very nice. There were things that would've made it muc h better for us. My husband is a vegan and he called ahead of time when making the reservation and he asked them if they could accomodate him for breakfast. The owner said yes he would but at breakfast he was offered a bagel with CREAM...
