This B&B has clean, comfortable and good sized rooms. The food for breakfast and the snacks in the afternoon were awesome. The innkeeper is very nice and knows the local activities and dining. Both of her recommendations for dinner were spot on. The only negative is this 1800's farmhouse is in of some TLC. But everything in our guestroom was...

We got there late, after a long drive, but everything was clean and ready for us. The food was awesome as always, snacks and breakfasts. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and we needed her expertise this trip. We're glad we asked. Had a blast. Didn't want to leave and want to go back as soon as we can.

I stayed at the Mt. Washington B&B for the second time a few weeks ago. From the experience of my first visit, I knew I was in for a treat. Mary Ann keeps a beautiful Inn, each room has it's own personality, all are equally charming and kept spotless. The beds are comfy, the coffee is fresh and the breakfasts...

This B&B offers clean, comfortable, and large rooms. That's the good stuff. However, when we first drove in, the old farmhouse looked so neglected from the outside, almost abandoned, that we were sure we were at the wrong place. If you walk around the property, it is clear the owner doesn't do the same - at least not with an...

Mary Ann was a most gracious host and made us feel at home. She had great local dinner recommendations. The room was beautiful and peaceful. There was a tiny hummingbird that frequented the porch and you really felt a wonderful energy all around. Mary Ann was a pleasure to converse with and we will certainly be back!

My boyfriend and I loved staying in Mary Ann's home! If you're looking to keep to yourself and be uninterrupted, keep looking... You are treated like family here! Personalized suggestions for places to go and things to do, access to super-secret coupons and discounts at local attractions, amazing home cooked breakfasts and evening snacks, but best of all was that...

A hiking friend stays here every year and highly recommend I stay at the MWB&B to have a close and comfy base camp for my hikes in the White Mountains. Right from room reservation, proprietor Mary Ann was professional and friendly. Right from greetings at the door to my last goodbye, she was a lovely host, watched out for me,...

This was our first stay in a B&B. Stayed for three relaxing nights. All the charm of an old-fashioned farm house, but with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Each room has a different theme, and was decorated accordingly. We stayed in the the "Chickadee Room," which had a king-sized bed and plenty of pillows and comforters. Breakfasts were...

Once again, my stay here at the Mt. Washington B&B was exceptional. My girlfriend and I came up for the Fourth of July, and we had a suite this time. Of course the quiet and relaxing atmosphere is always a plus. But this time, the spacious suite with the whirlpool tub, very soft queen size bed, AND sitting room, made...

Just spent 2 lovely nights. The bed was fantastic, room spacious, very comfortable with good air conditioning, air circulation, and no noise. Mary-Ann is so gracious and makes your stay most complete with awesome breakfasts. She even snuck in cookies for our hike up Mt. Washington. Full of stories and local lore, you will feel the hospitality from the moment...
