We had a nice quiet night at the Inn, it was everything you would expect in a New England Inn. Breakfast was very nice with Cranberry French toast with bacon and cut fruit, juice and coffee. Like I said everything you would expect in a New England Inn.

We were welcomed to the Stark Village Inn by Nancy and Mike just as they would welcome family members. We were shown to a nice, private room with our own bathroom. We enjoyed their company later as we all sat around and watched TV and talked. There are many interesting things in the house, pictures of family, collectibles and glassware...

Don't stay in the middle room. All else was okay. Breakfast was a delicious variety of eggs, bacon pancakes, fruit, coffee, juice and just about anything anyone would want. Community room has great view of the river and the covered bridge. A walk across the street to the cemetery is very interesting & offers another good view.

My wife and I stayed at this B&B in 2005, it was a neat place to stay with the crystal clear river running next to the house and the covered bridge only yards away. We drank wine at our table beside the home and you could reach down and touch the water of the river as it flowed past us...

"Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we go!" If you never had a grandmother out in the New England countryside to visit, now you can, as this is what our visit was like. The location is quintessential New England, in a tiny remote village right next to a river at the end of a covered bridge...
