I rented the Inn out for my husbands's 40th Birthday. This property was exactly the perfection location to have multiple families come and stay and go skiing. John the Inn keeper was fantastic to work with, very helpful and accommodating. The game room was perfect for the adults to go to once all the kids had gone to bed. The...

We had an excellent experience staying at Dexter's Inn for a house-hunting trip to the area. When we arrived on one of the coldest days of the season, the Innkeeper John was gracious and welcoming, upgrading us to a larger room. We were very comfortable despite the bitter cold weather. John was very friendly, helping us to decide upon a...

We attended a wedding that was held at the inn over the weekend. The grounds are beautiful with tennis courts, games, pool, outside patio and nice places to walk. It's located on a hilltop that provides a gorgeous view. The room we stayed in was inside the main building. This is where breakfast (it's included) is served. There are sitting...

We have gone to Dexter's now for two years of family reunion summer vacation. The grounds are lovely and secluded with lots of activity for the kids. Breakfast is delicious with a new item every morning (e.g., breakfast tacos, quiche, waffles). Lake Sunapee has the best beach and the cleanest water, a real joy. Many trails in the area to...

We just held a family reunion weekend for over 100 people at Dexter's Inn in Sunapee, New Hampshire. It was the perfect venue and every single guest raved about the place. We provided our own casual BBQ on the patio for Friday night and hired Dexter's chef to cater a lovely meal in the big tent for Saturday night. There...

Over the last 10 years my family and I have stayed at Dexter's Inn several times and always look forward to returning. Dexter's Inn is a classic New England country B&B situated on a beautiful mountain top with spectacular views. There isn't a bad room in the entire Inn and the service and dinning room are both excellent. All this...

My girlfriend and I sought a quiet getaway close to nature, and were met with a well-kept, traditional B&B, and an excellent, highly value-for-money weekend. John, who runs the inn, is phenomenal, patient (taught us rudiments of skiing and snow-shoeing, and gave impeccable directions), and very accommodating. The rooms are cozy, clean, elegant decor, and extremely restful. Their cook made...

We had stayed at the inn several years ago, and although it was showing it's age, the Innkeeper was very personable and helpful, the chef personally served your breakfast and the room was comfortable and you cannot beat the views! Also there was a heated pool and a lovely outdoor seating area. This time, our room and the common rooms...

We stayed here for a wedding this past weekend. The location is amazing! Rooms are cozy and comfy! It's an Inn...don't expect more! Everything was convenient and lots of activities for the large group attending the wedding! Just bring mosquito repellent or coils! The Mosquitos will eat you alive!!! Beautiful place, lovey location, I would come back for a different...

My family and I stayed at Dexter's Inn in Sunapee, New Hampshire. Some of us were there for 3 nights, others for just 2. There were 10 of us in all. John Augustine, the Innkeeper accommodated all of us easily in very comfortable, cozy rooms. The grounds are beautiful, with a fabulous view of Mount Sunapee. The pool is cool...
