Great place to stay. Our family love spending time in the evening in front of the fireplace. The rooms are spacious and clean. Caroll ‘s cat keeps the kids company. Nice trail to take a nice nature walk right next to the lodge.
My husband and I only stayed for 2 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed the people and atmosphere. The owner was helpful and full of local information, and we met several several wonderful people. It was clean, private, homey, and just what we wanted at a very reasonable price.

As good as it can get next to heaven! More like a B&B with large clean rooms and wonderful staff. Would recommend in a heart beat. Near Mt. Washington cog and many trails. Owners are second and third generations of family that built the lodge.
