This hotel was an hour from our destination but was was the only hotel (after calling 7) that had the accessibility features we require. Very nice hotel but we had 2 major issues. Front desk staff was completely non-communicative upon arrival. After waiting for the person ahead of me to be checked in (during which time staff member didn't make eye contact with me at all), I explained that I'd done online check in for room #xxx. I probably gave him my name, too....

not at all wha I thought a Hilton stay should feel like. I just stayed in Nashville and had a wonderful experience, so I figured I would again. Nope. Disgraceful how people walk around, yelling at all hours of the night and slamming doors. I travel for sports and stay in that area frequently

Everything at this hotel was just as expected, the indoor pool and jacuzzi whirlpool were great for our early spring visit. Parking & location convieniant. The rooms were clean, roomy and well equiped with a coffe maker, fridge & microwave.

Great and affordable place to stay. Great value for you money with breakfast included. Clean hotel. Able to check in early! Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was deliscious! Highly recommend this place!

Digital check in at the Hilton Garden is a step in the right direction. You check in online, pick your own room location, and when you get to the hotel your keys are waiting. We enjoyed out stay. My husband and I stayed one night for a party in South Jersey. The hotel is located right of the NJ Turnpike so it's convenient. The staff was great. Fresh water infused with fruit and warm chocolate chip cookies made it feel like little touches matter to the hotel. We stayed one night and checked in...

My only issue was the size of the room , me my fiancé and daughter stayed in a 2 queen bed room And it was very cluttered. Everything else was up to par tho and I would stay again if there were bigger rooms available.

Front desk personnel were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. They do Hilton a disservice if the front desk doesn't want to cheerfully greet and help customers as they arrive. Our experience had us walking out the door at check in. We were scheduled to stay 2 additional nights but the Hilton Garden Inn front desk manager "gladly" cancelled the reservations...

I have to say out of traveling around the world, this hotel has been the worst experience of my life. We discovered after sleeping all night that my daughter (13) slept in URINE stained sheets on the bed. When we got up in the morning we noticed that the mattress looked odd, upon closer inspection we saw a 12"x12" area...
