While waiting in line to check in, a tour bus coordinator entered and went right up to the counter. He received service immediately while we waited with heavy bags. Clean, newly renovated rooms, but not inspected and ready for guests. Phone, lamp, refrigerator, TV all found unplugged. Outlets were behind heavy pieces of furniture. Bed was comfortable, though.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are very happy you were unsatisfied with your stay. As you mention in your feedback, we need to "get our act together". In the past few months our hotel has made some radical changes and I believe we have accomplished that requests. I strongly recommend that the next time you are in the...

I've stayed at this property in the past and it was very worn down and lacking. However, I just stayed for 5 days and the hotel has recently been renovated. The lobby and dining areas are very nice. I especially liked the community type tables in the lobby lounge area that allowed me to work on my laptop while partaking...

The lobby reception and bar areas are very nice, and the food I ate was good. At breakfast, though, the service was very slow even though there were few guests and many servers. It took almost ten minutes for someone to offer me coffee after I was seated. The room area of the hotel is smelly, noisy and and the...

This hotel has been around a long time but has been renovated over the years. I found the lobby to be noisy, the elevators slow and some of the furniture (desk chair) in the room to be worn. However, the room was clean, the Wifi worked, the phone worked, the clock worked and the bed was very comfortable. The Executive...

I've stayed at this hotel several times for work, and never encountered the problems I faced on my last visit. I am a Gold honors member and was never offered the breakfast in the executive lounge, but my peer was. I later found out it should have been offered during each stay. My room did not have a trash can....

I had a recently renovated room that was quite nice. Everything worked as expected. I did find it interesting that the room had no phone, only instructions for using the phone. The staff was generally inattentive and seemed disinterested. I would stay again when in the area.

Great hotel and service. Should have more ice machines for the full house. Location is great for the event and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My pillows were rather large and heavy so I didn't use them.

The hotel has nice facilities and convenient shuttle to the surrounding offices. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large however quite dark, wouldn't mind more lighting. The steakhouse in the hotel is great and if you are in the mood for room service, the menu is nice and the reception also provides take away menus from other...
