We booked to stay in the “Holt Farm House” after a quick google search for somewhere with a hot tub. The hot tub did not disappoint! Ruth was a fantastic host, ensuring we knew how to contact her if needs be (not that we needed anything!). The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge was cosy and the beds were incredibly comfy. The perfect place for a secluded getaway.

My husband booked Holt Wain Cottage for the two of us for a long weekend as we hadn’t been on holiday for a very long time and it was long overdue. Wow! What a place. The cottage was absolutely stunning and spotless. We felt relaxed from the moment we walked through the door. The cottage is beautifully furnished and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and we didn’t want for anything. The walks are superb and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Ruth and her team are just brilliant. I can honestly say that our weekend break was the most relaxing one we have ever had and we both can’t wait to go back. Thank you Ruth. We have found our perfect getaway. Hope to see you soon

Stayed here for the Hay Festival (about 25 mins away in the car). Cottage is very well decorated with good quality furniture and beds. Kitchen is well equiped. There is a terrace off one of the bedrooms which would have been nice for breafast if the english weather had obliged.

This is a great place - well put together, well thought out, everything thought of and provided. Beautiful countryside, peaceful, secluded. Comfy beds, lovely linen - the BEST shower, well equipped kitchen, lots of wood for fire. Can't fault it. We had a great stay and would highly recommend for a family get together. Owners extremely easy and attentive - popped in to see all was well.

These holiday cottages are absolutely wonderful. Beautifully appointed, stylish and completely perfect for large or small groups. We were lucky enough to be attending a family wedding and all the properties were full of lovely people. As a group we used both hot tubs and relaxed in all the various nooks around the grounds. Ruth and Gordon the owners are thoughtful and hugely helpful. They have put so much thought in to the smallest details to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Brilliant!
