Rooms are nice, clean, mostly updated. Lobby is nearly post-renovation. However, they don't have smartphone key cards. Not bad, however, the physical key cards can get deprogrammed if you sneeze on them. Be sure to ask for extra key cards because they don't offer them at the front desk. Nothing worse than getting to your room and you can't get...

Stayed here a week ago and simply loved it.when we got there, family and I got a room upgrade to a suite. What a room. Massive. Family loved it. Spent most of the evening swimming in the heated pool. December in jersey, and we are swimming...kids loved it. Hotel bar and restaraunt is Irish...actually , t is physically from Ireland...

We arrived at this hotel at check in, 4 pm, but did not get room until 5 pm. Then an employee took 1/2 hour to replace a phone on the base that a previous guest, we were told, had taken. No accommodation was offered. In spite of this, the hotel was great. We brought our grandchildren for New Years Eve...

My friend and I came for the weekend for a convention that took place at the hotel. The staff was friendly and patient, the hotel is clean, updated and had some nice features- the outdoor space with the fire pit and fire place, the lobby/lounge, location and parking. We also appreciated the additional food & snacks they had for sale...

I recently stayed at the Hanover Marriott for a 3 day convention that was also at the hotel. The staff was courteous, patient, and responsive. The hotel has a nice layout, and plenty of parking (free). Key did not work and the gal at the desk 11/ 3 wouldn't replace it however instead of verifying who I was, she instead told me the name of the person whose name the room was in.So much for security. I had the number or the pocket folder they put the key in but she seemed more interested in finding...
