Hurricane Sandy arrived while I was visiting with the grandchildren, son and daughter-in-law. We did not obtain a room, however, the other grandparents did, so we were blessed to beable to come into a warm lobby, be greeted by GM, Robert Morgan, and receive warm coffee, juice for the children and two well run restaurants to eat a hot meal....

My stay at the Marriot could not have been better. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.Mike Breutecbach and the staff were wonderful. They even allowed my dog to stay at the hotel with me which was wonderful. Chin and Mike were wonderful at the bar and the service was fantastic.

Yet another guest wishing to extend my gratitude to the entire staff of the Hanover Marriott, starting with Rob Morgan, the Manager, who communicated via letter every morning what was going on outside and inside. I have stayed at this hotel several times each year for the past 5 years- I am continually amazed at how incredible this place really is. Each stay is better than the last. This trip followed the devistation that Hurricane Sandy left behind and I can't even imagine what the locals went though- the hotel staff went ABOVE and BEYOND...

My family stayed at the hotel for 5 nights while we were displaced from home nearby which had no power due to the hurricane. The hotel staff was truly amazing during this time. My family has been staying at this hotel since the start of the hurricane. The entire staff has been so accommodating and helpful with very little sleep. They are amazing.
