After a 4 day stay with my wife and 2 college age daughters, I would strongly agree, but you should also know that it is a beautiful place to experience. Stayed in room no. 1 which is a cosy upstairs unit with a balcony that has lovely views of the surrounding farms and mountains. We were charged R375.00 per person per night and this included a wonderful breakfast. Our room was large, clean and well decorated and bed was comfortable. This property is peacefully located about 1.5km's from the centre of...

Had a wonderful stay at Auberge. The owners , Anne & Dan were super hosts, all the staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The setting was perfect, lovely grounds set quietly amongst the beautiful mountains with fantastic sunsets, lake to fish in, two pools, .... with the added bonus of chickens, donkeys and their four friendly dogs! There...
