One of the worst... actually scrap that. THE worst villa we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at many, this would be the first time I've been forced to write such a negative review. From the mouldy shower not working (and not fixed after we requested maintenance), to the hazardous and broken decking by the pool, not to...

Room was terrible. Ants and cockroaches everywhere. Pool was dirty. The interior of the room and walls were all stained. When we spoke to staff about this they said that its because the building was 6 years old. Have they not heard of maintenance? The room is not like what is advertised in the pictures AT ALL. Towels were all...

Bit of a shaky start with airport transfer not being organized to collect us and the pool being not particularly clean. The staff here are brilliant and took care of everything we asked for when we asked for it! Room service fantastic, breakfast delicious and private pools amazing to relax in... You do need to get taxis into Seminyak if...

Never thought that our long awaited family trip could be ruined the minute we checked into this place. We bought a package that came with accommodation and we cannot help but wonder if this is why we got the following lousy experiences. Got 2 suite rooms situated on the first floor, right at the end of an alley. The first...

Stay during Xmas on the Villa. Love it. The checkin process is quick. We were escorted to our villa. The staff explain everything about the villa patiently. Breakfast for villa guest has to be ordered a day before. Not a bad breakfast. We chose international breakfast with french toast. The villa had stove and microwave. Very quite surrounding during the...

Situated in Kunti street in Seminyak, give you access to several sites in walking distance (10 minutes walk to Money Exchange, Food Hall and Fast Food in the mini mall). Stayed at 2 Bedroom Suite, with friends. Room was okay, AC was quite noisy, Hair Dryer was not works well. The room has the its own fridge, stove and cupboard...

Average looking hotel, could use a bit of maintenance. Nice, but small pool. Breakfast is a little small and sometimes the wrong food, but nice. Fresh sheets and towels everyday, but shower soap ran out and not replaced when requested. Recommended of you're on a budget.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed. The pictures of the villas looked so good and we were so excited, I had some friends of friends say it was good and there were plenty of decent reviews on here...so I was genuinely disappointed by our experience. Firstly, these villas are very dated, and very poorly maintained. Which is a...
