Wes stayed in one of the cottages. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and in good repair. The personnel were friendly, helpful and courteous. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the famous fruit and vegetable market and a quick taxi or horse buggy ride to the park at the top of the hill where you there...

When we arrive at the hotel is seems nice and a good hotel but when we enter the bathroom we saw a very dirty situation. The door was damaged and the ceiling and walls were moulded. The restaurant and service were good, but the room and bathroom are not the level we expected. We advise not to book this hotel.

The one bedroom chalet was very spacious although the bathroom needed some major maintenance and the rooms could have done with some updating. Otherwise a comfortable stay for the two nights and there was no traffic noise. The WiFi is a bit limited except at reception. The breakfast provided was very good.

A lush garden, great swimming pool area and nearby market with horse riding. The room service food is nothing special so dine in the restaurant instead. We had a family cottage - spacious and clean...

The toilet and bathtub were dirty. Rooms could use some refurbishment. A lot of choice for the breakfast (western food, indonesian food, asiatic food) although I would not recommend to have supper in this restaurant as the prices are very high.

We were on a group tour, and loved this location. Perfect weather, great soundproof rooms, clean, with all the amenities. Location is right near the shop, markets, local food, festivals. Also you are close to the volcano walk, which is amazing, and great views. A must see while you are there. Pool, is clean, and a mention to the restaurant...
