Fine stay for one night, prior to going to Phu Quok. The level of English of the receptionists was questionable :). Rooms were clean and spacious, which is to me most important. Try the restaurant across the street!

When we first stayed in this hotel many years ago it was out of the way. Now that new bridges and roads are built its very much in an ideal location. If you want a quiet room ask for one on level 4 facing the ocean. The views are fantastic and there is no road noise. Staff are friendly. I...

The hotel was located quite far from city center and other shops, restaurants, coffee shops... Most of rooms had either sea view or city view. Room was spacious and well organized but not really clean. WiFi was super fast, staff was friendly and helpful. For the price range, a better place with the same price may be found somewhere else...

Very nice hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot arranging further steps for our trip! The harbour is just 5min by taxi and 10-15min walking distance! Price-location-service in total: perfect! thank you! :)

I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend, before taking an early ferry to Phu Quoc. It was a good price and great value for what you got. The hotel is located on a junction right by the bridge, and c15mins walk to the port, but there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel, which is convenient. We...

Thou the place is not very near the beach if you can even call that place a beach. You can't swim in there, but it's...

Firstly - the Palace Hotel is the same as the Palace 2 Hotel. I'm not sure why it's listed differently on different sites. Rooms are lovely, very clean, modern. Staff are nice. It's not really that near to the ferry to Phu Quoc - in a straight line it would only be about 4 minutes... But there's a river in...
