Stayed here for a night. Very convenient location. Close to the market and Visa application centre. Rooms are okay as the hotel is old. Decent bathroom and they provide room service. Has a laid back approach. But then looking at the price, prompt service can be too much to ask. Good for a night kind of place. Restaurant was decent....

The only good thing about this hotel is its location if you want to do some quick shopping in town, both in Bhutan & across the border. But then, noise is something you have to endure due to its central location. It's close to amenities & entertainment. My room was tiny, mattress too hard, and bathroom dingy with no hot...

Pros- Conveniently located Reasonably priced Spacious Room Cons - A bit dark Noisy as its on the main street Note - I forgot a item there and the hotel management is kind enough to take care of it and handed it back to me when we returned to Phuensholing after finishing the trip. Thank you

Phuentsholing is very small town having 4-6 hotels at maximum. The New Central hotel is located at a walking distance from Bhutan-Bengal border gate & immigration office. The hotel is simple one with a clean simple lobby with an amenity of various language daily newspapers on offer to read. Both the room and bathroom were large & clean. The room...

Decent hotel and good pricing.All rooms and hotel are clean.Cleanliness of the linen and towels could improve.The best deal is the location. Most important places like the immigration office ,the Zen restaurant are very close.The staff are very helpful.The hotel does have a restaurant but we did not eat there.
