Beautiful location, good service and decently equipped. The property offers adequately for staying at a naturally endowed small town like Punakha. The pre paid dinner was unusually tasty and worth every penny (unlike some other hotels in Bhutan).

We loved staying at this place, but the staff was very unfriendly for some reason. The hotel is located on the edge of a hill and its a lovely walk down through green fields, ideal for a morning walk.

Friendly service in romantic bungalows. Good starting point for exploring the region. The restaurant staff was very helpful and kind. They even served Hungarian goulash. The wi-fi connection in the lobby was very slow.

We stayed here only one night on a birding tour as we worked our way east thru Bhutan. Nice property, a bit rustic, comfortable room, dining was good. Nice location. Staff was very friendly. Wifi worked great in the lobby.

Stayed there for a night with my family. Great view of the valley from the room and nothing else is good about this hotel. Very rustic electrical fittings and the shower in the bathroom never worked. So was the food; very ordinary and it was a struggle for vegeterians. Glad that I had to endure this just for a night!

I didn't see much of the main hotel building apart from the spacious lobby and the dining hall. The food was good, but generic. We stayed in the bungalows - in the gardens across the parking area, surrounded by lush gardens. Very spacious and well-appointed.

Stayed here twice on our ten day trip through Bhutan first in a big first floor room with balcony and second in a semi bungalow. Both OK although main room in house had more character. Food and service good. Wifi only available in reception.

This place looks lovely from the entrance. Traditional wooden main building. Our first room was on the top floor and we had some serious problems. The very basic bathroom with few amenities had a poorly functioning shower. Besides the water coming out yellow, the drain didn't work and the bathroom got flooded. The stained towels were very rough, obviously washed...

The Hotel was ok, not that great. I had a "semi" bungalow in the grounds which was clean but as soon as I went to pull shower door back it fell off! Quite dark down the steps too. Food wasn't very good but staff were helpful and friendly. I would have liked to have been down in Punakha itself to...

Mentioned as in Punkha but it's also on the outskirts in some other town. Probably has seen some better days, it's kept clean though. We had a room on the second floor and the lobby and stairs have a lot of echo so it was quite noisy sometimes, especially if there was a big group leaving or coming in late...
