Our Safari and Lodge Staff are here to ensure that you have an exceptional stay. Should you feel that you would like to leave a token of your appreciation for the staff we recommend the following: Between R350 and R450 (± €25 - €35 / ±$25 - $35) per room, per day each for the Guide (& Tracker) respectively. Between R350 and R450 (± €25 - €35 / ±$25 - $35) per room, per day for the General Staff (Chef, Housekeeping, Maintenance Staff). This is by no means a minimum or maximum, and is completely at your own discretion. We do accept gratuities on credit card or we have envelopes available at reception. Please don’t hesitate to chat to the managers for more details.

Hi Carol and Adrian Yes you are allowed to smoke on the balcony of the chalet. FULL BOARD RATE INCLUDES All meals, game drives & bush walks, teas & coffees. FULLY INCLUSIVE RATE INCLUDES All meals, all local drinks (soft & alcoholic) game drives & bush walks, teas & coffees. RATE EXCLUDES Premium international drinks, Conservation levies (details further below), the Timbavati Gate fee of R140 per vehicle if self-driving (payable direct at the Timbavati Gate in cash or credit card). Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Camp and the Timbavati Gate. CONSERVATION LEVIES The below levies are extra and will be added to your booking invoice. Klaserie Private Nature Reserve Conservation levy: R115 per person per night (for all guests aged 12 and over) Klaserie Private Nature Reserve Bed levy: R250 per person per stay (2018) and R300 per person per stay (2019) for all guests

Hi, Yes we can arrange laundry for you, buy it will be at a small extra cost. What to Pack During the summer months the weather can be hot and sticky. You may want to bring a few outfits. • Comfortable walking shoes • Sun hat, sunglasses and sunblock • Cameras and binoculars • Light, neutral coloured clothing • Bathing suit • Warm jackets essential in winter (May – Oct) • Beanie and gloves – the mornings are cold during winter Regards Brett
