If it's luxury you're after, this is not for you. BUT, if it's nostalgia, then pull right in. Ed the manager was helpful and kind, willing to answer question. The rooms are certainly 50's 60's era. Super super clean room and you can even see your reflection on the bathroom floor. Does not have frig or ice machine so don't...

Stayed here for one night and if we would have had more time we might have stretched it out to a couple of days. The room was very clean for an older motel. It looked freshly painted and the pillowtop mattress also looked fairly new. It was the best nights sleep of our trip. The room was quiet even though...

Original route 66 motel. Room was clean, had flat screen tv. No frills, did not accept aarp card for a discount because senior discount was included in the rate. There was a restaurant next door that offered american and mexican food. Good stop

Lovely little vintage Route 66 motel, around from what I can tell is the late 1940's/early 1950's. The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless, and retained its quaint 1950's decor (except for the flatscreen TV). I prefer family-owned, vintage motels while travelling the route of old 66 as long as they are clean and comfortable, and this one fit...

Took a trip from El Paso back home to Indiana. Decided to take the Route 66 picking it up in Santa Rosa. This place was the best stay I had along the way. Eddie was very hospitable. The room was CLEAN and beds comfortable. Yes dated, but thats what I wanted!!! The feel of Route 66. And yes, they even...

You would have to really really want to save a few $$'s to stay here! Here is what there is none of: no ice machine (owner will give you a small plastic bag from his freezer) no pillow cases (owner forgot them) no viewable TV, no hot water in shower, no toilet paper, and toilet seat with seriously peeling paint!...

We actually stayed in our camper van, but the property was nice and simple, and the management and owner are very nice. The place has a simple touch to it, we used the public bathrooms there that were just fine, we recommend this place for anyone who travels.

We like to stay in non-chain motels, and especially on Route 66. This motel is clean and very reasonable. Manager Eddie is a hard worker and keeps up the property. No frills-micro or refrigerator--but a good value.

This hotel was a pleasure. No frills trip back in time. Furnishings and decor are right from the 40 -50's. Bathroom was spotless and bed was comfy. My only complaint was a bad remote for the TV. Would definitely return. This is probably not for everyone but I sure enjoyed it.

and would do so again. Total kitsch, very clean, and decorated for Christmas! I was traveling alone with an overloaded car across the country. I felt very safe. The owner/operator takes pride in his place. AND it was super inexpensive.
