This hotel is noted for it's attention to art. There's a giant Fredrick Remmington Bronze in the parking lot. All the wood work is decorated with hand painted soutwestern designs. The Coffeshop roof is supported by a central pillar that is an elaborately carved totem pole. There's a huge park in the middle of the complex with a tiled outdoor...

Great place to stay in Taos. Friendly staff and good location. Shout out to Sheri at the front desk, check in was fast & she made sure our group had rooms close together. The housekeeping staff was on site and made sure we had everything we needed. The on site restaurant was very good. Other restaurants and shops were within...

I was somewhat apprehensive having read earlier reviews after having booked and paid for room but was pleasantly surprised. Yes it is an old building showing its age but the room was clean, comfortable and staff very pleasant. Breakfast not included but 50% discount at Blue Mountain Café located in complex. As a budget accommodation in support of our weekend...

When you get all your friends rounded up and want to head to Taos to ski, this should be your address for a few days. The location is fantastic! Next door to the Burger Stand and a short 5min walk to the Plaza. Rates are super reasonable and match the amenities. Rooms are motel style outside door. However, they are...

After booking a different hotel, checking in to find that it was a dump and checking out at 11 pm this hotel was just what I needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, location just a couple of blocks from the historic part of town, and the rate was perfect. I personally like the retro look and I recommend...

Check-in went well and quickly. The room was clean and more than adequate. The coffee shop was bright and had a nice menu of options and good service. The motel goes back to the glory days of motels and it is in the process of renovation.

The Kachina Lodge Resort is an older hotel probably one of the first but I would consider a good value for the money and location to the square, a 15 minute walk. The lobby is somewhat well appointed and a friendly staff. Arts and jewelry sales. The property is large and parking plenty. Quiet surrounding. The rooms are dated and...
