We stopped here for two nights camping. The camp site was clean with a great thatched shade area, bbq and rubbish bin. (Best to put rubbish in a bag first as it is open). The ablution blocks were lovely with large showers and plenty of hot water. The pool is large and there are plenty of shaded spots to relax... More

We stayed there with 3 children, it was like a dream as they have the biggest swimming pool we saw in Botswana. We camped there, but we asked to stay in overlander campsite, much more closer from the restaurant and swimming pool. Restaurant is quite good but as always in Botswana very slow to serve.

On our self drive Botswana trip, we stopped here for food. The bar/dining area is done tastefully. The Baobabs are all around but one near the entrance is HUGE. Lots of birds around. Memorable place to visit (or stay; - we did not stay though)

We stayed for a night on either side of camping in the Pans and as usual had a lovely time. Watch out for the Barn Owls flying amongst the Baobab's at night time! The main reason for this review is to warn fellow self drive travellers of the naughty Hornbills. On both occasions when we were parked in the area... More

Planet Baobab is a quirky must see. Staff very helpful and assisted us to change some bookings although they are not well versed in terms of the age of the baobabs, surrounding attractions etc. huge language barriers! Food was a set menu but made with pride by the chef who visits your table and advises on his meal. The swimming... More

We had a fantastic time at planet baobab. The huts are basic but clean and well done. It's been said before that wifi is not good and the food was typical for a lodge of this sort, so I'll just bracket those as not the reasons you come. Come for the meerkats! And stay for the salt pans, but if... More

We stayed here in the 'huts', which are really cute. It's nice to be really among the baobabs - beautiful location! The pool was beautiful but too cold for me in August. We didn't expect great luxury here so all was fine. However, our hut was not really closed when things were closed. There were gaps between the window shutters... More

I recently overnighted here with my family before heading to Camp Kalahari and we had a fantastic stay. There is something to be said about the simplicity of life when travelling and disconnecting from all our trappings. The wifi was limited but that's to be expected when you are travelling to wonderful places in remote destinations. You are on the... More

This is the worst so far on our African Safari (7 days left out of 35). The sites are uneven and there is no shade. Big problem if you are in a pop up or Hylux with roof mounted tents. There is a canopy area for a small tent which may be shaded dependent on the time of day. There... More
