My boyfriend and I stayed at the islander and were very impressed with the room and the wonderful view of the water. The room was inexpensive and was in walking distance of the main streets with restaurants, shops and bars.

My parents and other out of town guests stayed at the Islander over the weekend of Labor Day for our daughter's engagement party. My parents, in particular, are seasoned travelers with high expectations. They couldn't say enough good things about the Islander. It was meticulous, comfortable, centrally located and a good value. They would highly recommend it and I will... More

We stayed here for just one night on our way through the 1000 island area. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with lovely new fluffy towels and a great shower. Had a lovely walk around this interesting town and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay

Stayed here a few years ago when it was new. It is a bare bones place to stay but it is showing wear. The floor was not level and creaked terribly. The bed was hard and the pillows flat. The place is very clean. There is coffee and water available. The front door is left open and you find your... More

This place is way overpriced. These are 85 dollars rooms, not 150. The walls in the room was mostly bare, the box springs creaked from the slightest movement and chairs and end tables were lacking. A really bad mattress. In all fairness the room was very clean. But again this place is way overpriced. The coffee and fruit were nothing... More

We had a very nice time for our week end stay at the Islander Marina. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom very clean. TV could use an update! That being said, we're not there to watch TV. Nice touch was the Keurig Coffee machine next to our Beau Rivage room. What a scenery! We will definitely be returning.

Just spent three nights at the Island Mariner. Had a lovely experience at the Island Mariner. We stayed in the Beau Rivage room and found the room very large with a nice bathroom. It was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The coffee station with fruit is lovely and we liked the fact that they had a wine cork for... More

My husband and I have docked at the Islander Marina & Lodge for the past 2 weekends. The marina itself has very nice facilities (very clean, bright and up-dated washrooms). It's very close to the centre of Clayton where there are several restaurants and shops to visit. You can spend a lovely afternoon walking around town. The only problem is... More

Small but Clean and quite, great view from Balcony, right at the Marina over looking Thousand Islander. Great owners and very accommodating. wheelchair access. Across from Antique Boat Museum. Quaint little shops and Koffee Kove restaurant was great.

After a long trip by plane and rental car, we tried to contact Islander to let them know we would arrive after dinner. No one answered our call, so we left a phone number. At 8 pm, the door to the lodge was unlocked and our room key was at the unmanned front desk with our name on the envelope.... More
