My husband and I stayed here based on the positive reviews. We had a wedding to attend in a nearby town. The owner is very kind and went out of her to fulfill our requests. The room was cramped and the bathroom tiny. The towels are small, rough and worn out. The towel bars are rusted. The shower had mildew...

We stay here a couple of times each year. We are never disappointed. Kim, the owner, is an amazing hostess. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi works well. It's not fancy but it's definitely comfortable. Will always return for excellent service.

Very recommended !! We have got to the place at midnight and still get amazing hospitality with big smile. The place is a little bit old but the magic is with the spirit and the nice people that give you great feeling. There is a grocery store next to the place so you can buy you things for breakfast.

I am back for my annual family visit from California. I have returned year after year to Cohocton Valley Inn. The owner, Kim, has become someone I look forward to seeing. Watching her son grow is great too. He is a nice young boy and helps me feel at at ease. I enjoy the outdoor kitties. This is my home...

It is not often that I can use the word quaint to describe an inn, but it really fits Cohocton Valley Inn to a tee. The setting, on three acres of wooded land with a gazebo and fire pit is quaint, the rooms are quaint clean and comfortable with a homey touch. Even the owner, Kim, is quaint. Very pleasant...

I visited Cohocton for the annual Fall Festival. The price per night is extremely reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and amenities of this motel-style lodging. Kim, the owner, is friendly and accommodating. I mentioned the places I had hoped to visit in the Finger Lakes and she immediately provided me with tourist information and maps for...

If you are looking for fancy accommodation this is not the place for you. However if you like to travel on a budget, stay in clean rooms with the basic necessities then give this place a try. We stayed here just one night on our way back from a U. S. road trip and found this to be one of...

I stayed at this little gem last year and I'm going back for an annual family visit. Last time I arrived and met the owner, Kim, a friendly woman. My room was clean and cool. She gave me everything I could have wanted including a warm pack for my neck which was sore from a long plane ride from California....

We really enjoyed our stay at this little inn. It was very reasonably priced and in a nice, quiet location. The owner was very sweet and you could tell it was a family run place. The room was very clean and had everything we needed (fridge, coffee pot, tv, microwave, etc.) For the price you couldn't ask for a better...

The Cohocton Valley Inn is...how should I say this...retro. Yes, very retro, but in a good way. I found the Inn to be clean, comfortable, quiet, and well priced. It is close to lots of activities, such as wineries, craft breweries, state parks, lakes, Amish baked good and crafts. The owner, Kim, is a very nice person and wants to...
