Place needs a serious renovation...parts of the dining chairs are falling apart, mattresses are so old it's scary to lie down without worrying about your back, electric stove takes too long to heat up, no microwave oven, refrigerator smells like fish, hot/cold shower control isn't working properly. These were the things that greeted us during our stay at house 325A....

Spent 3 nights in the Deluxe Villa - Room 353C. It's on the second floor of the villa, has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one common, one located inside the master's bedroom), a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, and a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric stove, a microwave oven, and a 2-door refrigerator. Kitchen...

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place away from the city, this is the place to be. The house assigned to out group was spacious, there was air con, hot & cold shower, a spacious backyard and a car port. You can have early walks or ride a bike around the compound to breathe fresh air. You...

I highly recommend Forest View Leisure Residences if you're travelling to Subic. Or You'll have your own kitchen, garage, dining area, sala, etc. It's like having your own house for the weekend. You will enjoy is the same as you rent room in hotel (the same price.) The only problem is you have to bring your own car coz you...

The location might be a little difficult if you commute, the rates are not so affordable for an individual so better find a group so you can share. There are lots of activities like walking, biking, swimming, etc. they rent out bikes and they have a 4ft swimming pool. Very private location surrounded by virgin forests. You must have a...

Great stay, love the staff, they are all very kind . All facilities are totally improved compare last time we check in, here. The rooms are well cleaned, and also the water. Napaka peaceful ng lugar na to, un nga lang mahirap ang sasakyan at malayo sa shopping malls.

I live in Subic, but the group I took for a weekend trip could definitely not fit in my house. We rented 310C along El Kabayo road. The entire house definitely needs a fixer-upper, but our stay was pretty good. We had the entire space to ourselves, we were surrounded by nature, and everything was really quite peaceful. It's a...

When we first arrived, I thought the villa was perfect and clean until I saw a few tiny cockroaches in the kitchen. While that did not bother me at first, they became troublesome when I saw them crawling almost every countertop in the kitchen, while some would be seen scurrying on the dining table as well as the sala.It felt...
