First of all, we love the Otesaga. We have been going there for Mother's Day for quit a few years. This year we decided to go there for the Thanksgiving weekend. We have always found the hotel to be elegant, and the staff professional and friendly. This visit was no exception. In addition, we have always found dining at the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at the Otesaga Resort on the Thanksgiving Package, which included breakfast and dinner daily from Wed through Sat. We left feeling very relaxed and happy. The hotel is historic and grand. The property, public areas and grounds are lovely. I booked a deluxe king room but believe we were upgraded since our room had...

Otesaga is one of the grand old resorts, but they have found the perfect balance between old world charm and modern amenities. My room was roomy, beautiful and comfortable. A huge walk in closet, excellent wifi and high quality toiletries made it even better. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a room this clean - from corner...

The Otesaga is one of America's grand hotels. It's hard to beat the old world charm of this 1909 beauty, which overlooks the famed "Glimmerglass" lake of James Fenimore Cooper's novels. We live not far from here, yet each summer my kid loves to dress up and sip a soda on the stunning wide veranda, or listen to the grand...

I recently had a facial at the Hawkeye Spa in the Otesaga Resort Hotel. I have not a lot of facials, but I would say I have had many. My facial by Gabby was "hands down" one of the most enjoyable, relaxing and thorough facials I have ever had. I will usually try a spa, as a treat to myself,...

100 year old hotel on ideal location to watch sailboats on the lake, this place is beautiful and relaxing. The huge veranda has about 35 rocking chairs to enjoy. In the evening, a huge fire pit is lit. The rooms are very comfortable.

There is something magical about staying in a waterfront hotel that harkens back to the guilded age of travel. This gorgeous hotel is modernized in the most perfect way by incorporating elements authentic to the era. The staff are lovely and courteous. The food is amazing.
