A big thank you to Luke and Brianne who made our return visit to Broom House so pleasant and relaxing. Our getaway to Egton Bridge was a highlight in an otherwise quite restrictive year. Well done for welcoming in some guests ! Tony & Cathy Oxford

Property's Favourite Review
My friend and I stayed here for three nights last week. We were met as we left the car by Brianne and Luke and given the warmest of welcomes. Everything is perfectly set up to be Covid aware, not detracting at all from the charm of this beautiful house. Our room was very pleasant overlooking the beautiful gardens and views beyond. Breakfast was indeed a treat, everything freshly made to individual requirements, Luke and Brianne use locally produced food, providing a really good selection at the table. Nothing was too much trouble, we were often asked if there was anything that they could do to improve our stay. Put Broom House on your list of places to visit, you won't be disappointed. We hope to visit again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Anne and Helen

We stayed in the cottage lodge suite for two nights . Luke and Brianna made us very welcome and all safe guarding measures in place. It was my husband's birthday and on entering the cottage suite we were greeted by a welcome bottle of wine. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the lovely views. And our glass of wine. The dining room had a blazing log fire andwe enjoyed our beautifully presented breakfast. Broom house is ideally situated for local pubs and restaurants. And also near to the Moors and coastal towns.

Our first trip away in Covid times and our experience couldn’t have been bettered. Brianne & Luke were warm and friendly hosts with everyone’s safety and comfort a priority. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and great location for the coast and North Yorkshire Moors. Everything done to a very high standard but without compromising the calm comfortable country house environment. Great value for money and we will definitely be back.
