My suggestion : drop them an email a day or 2 before you travel with your vegan meal specification so that they are well prepared for your arrival 😊👍🏻

You can eat in the bar or by the poolside- they serve a variety of snacks, salads and bar food. There is also a a la carte- restaurant/ cafe which serves a wide selection of salads, pizza, Maldivian dishes, pasta, fish etc.
