We were so surprised that with a room on the front of the house (Van Buren) that it would be so quiet. It is right off the main road (Rt 219). I slept like a rock. Comfy bed. Super hot shower with plenty of pressure. Large bathroom for the size of the room. The room is also a nice size....

I had exactly what I hoped for at the Ilex Inn: lovely surroundings, nice people, adorable town, comfortable bed, great water pressure and delicious breakfast. Clean, elegant, quiet. I would definitely go back.

This lovely B&B was perfect for a recent birthday weekend celebration with family. Rick and Glenda are friendly and informative hosts, and this B&B is close to everything Ellicottville has to offer. Will definitely return, and highly recommend to others.

Having been to Ellicottville several times and we truly enjoy the whole town and what is has to offer. It was one of the final weekends of the Ski season and many places previously stayed were booked. We were so fortunate to have found the ILEX. Their motto of “come as guests and leave as friends” is true to who...

Rooms are all unique, cozy and cute as are all the common rooms. Breakfast included and made to order by owners. Owners are very nice and welcoming. If you are looking for a place where you...

Breakfast was great every morning, and we were so happy with the friendly atmosphere of the place. This was our first time in Ellicottville and our...

Just before New Years, we made our third visit to the Ilex Inn. This time, instead of a romantic getaway, we brought our daughters, 24 and 19. We weren't sure if they wanted to be 'where the action was' instead of a beautiful quiet inn, where a good night sleep is a given. (Not to mention the tasty, plentiful breakfasts,...

My husband and I have been enjoing ourselves at the Ilex Inn for years! Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring and we love it there every time. The Inn is by far one of the most charming B&B's that we have ever stayed in. I think at this point there may only be one room we haven't stayed in (love the...

Had an awesome time! Rick and Glenda were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent! Kennedy cottage and hot tub were exactly what we needed and the 5 minute walk to Eville was perfect! We plan on coming back multiple times a year, this will be our new home away from home!
