We were traveling through the Finger Lakes and needed a place for the night. We had stopped in at a few other motels along the road which were awful. I spotted the Clark's Motel and we stopped in. The lady was friendly and showed us the room. It was large and very clean. Nicely decorated and our stay was very...

The owners are the best. When ever we stay, we ask for the last room on the end because we bring my convertible and it's quiet and out of the way. There are restaurants everywhere in town, the lakes are all within minutes, the wineries, shopping, antique stores, we love them all. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and...

OMG! This place is amazing! For about $30-50 less than one of the chain hotels, this place has it all. The room we have is larger than most hotel rooms nearby that we had considered staying at. Is it a motel? Yes... you drive up to the door of your room and unload, but beyond that, it stops being the...

At first we were put off by the fifties/sixties feel - definitely an old-style motel from a bygone era. However, it was spacious and clean and had a bar fridge, luggage tray, big & comfy bed, roomy place to hang clothes and practical no-frills bathroom. That said, decor was dated and bland. Still, it was nice to be able to...

Stayed there on the weekend. It is a basic family run hotel that is very well kept. May not be modern, but more than adequate, it is what we prefer to the cookie cutter repeatable sterile chain motels and rooms. Something is being lost as these non-corporate American family run motels are being over run with large corporate chain motels...

We can only agree with the many positive reviews of this motel. We've been returning here regularly for many years now as it is close to lots of Finger Lakes wineries, hiking trails, restaurants and other site-seeing. This small family-run motel offers10 large pleasant rooms and landscaping with several large shade trees. Rooms are always spotless and comfortable and each...

Very average ten room motel where you drive right up to the door of your room - it is kept up nicely - clean room and bathroom, new flat screen TV - but mostly everything is straight out of the 1970's. My room had a connecting door to the room next door and I unfortunately had to listen to the...

My family and I (four persons) were looking for an inexpensive but clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower in the Canandaigua/Geneva area, and Clark's turned out to be just what we wanted. We were extremely happy to find a motel room in the central Finger Lakes region for Labor Day weekend for about $80 a night, including the...

Yes, the decor may be outdated, but the room was super clean, the bed comfortable, and the price was right. If you are looking for a good value for your money, Clarks Motel will provide it. It is not fancy, does not have the extras, but provides the basics. We would absolutely stay again. Check out the beautiful jade plant...

We stayed here over the weekend and was very satisfied. The price was very good compares to the other places which were more than we could afford. And since we only slept here we didn't need the "extras". The rooms were clean and spacious. The service very friendly. Will stay here again next year.
