Carpet was stained so badly that I didn't even want to take my shoes off. Heat didn't work in my room, and it didn't look like the air vent had been cleaned in years. I stayed here because I was forced to for a conference, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Felt like I needed to shower...

We have stayed here before and it was fine. This time, since the Raddison took over it was just terrible. There was dog poi outside our door leading to the pool!!! They cleaned it up. They gave us vouchers for breakfast which included room service. There was no menu in the room- we called and were told to download the...

I stayed at this hotel for business, we rented 3 of their ballrooms for our show. The ballrooms and banquet staff are completely on point. They know what they are doing and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. On the other hand you have the hotel portion. We rented many rooms for our show, needless to say the rooms...

I have not been there yet. I needed to do research for a party. I spoke to Claudia for information. Im so impressed with the way she handled the call. Friendly, polite and many suggestions. She had referred me to the main person Kim that books the catering which she was not in at the time I called ( 8:30am...

I attended a New Year's Eve event at UpSky and spent the night. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. The room was clean and contemporary. Simple clean bathroom. Yay - enough outlets. The hotel is nicely self -contained so that you can attend events, have cocktails, spend the night and have a large breakfast.

Needed a room for a wedding, they always say you get what you pay for. This hotel was cheap and needed a place for 1 night. Website shows beautiful and modern lobby and that's even a stretch. The room was disgusting. Mold in bathroom. Old and in need of a major renovation. This is more like an "hourly" place then...

15 days in the Upsky lang Island hotel was great, simple and pretty good hotel with nice people working and smiling, perhaps some comment that we can have but globally for me it's nice place to be in when going to Work

Great food, great staff!! Rooms , very nice, have stayed a few times. Slept like a baby!! I have been to hoetl several times...I host events there at least once a year! The staff is exceptional...the food great! I also have stayed ther on several occasions and have had grea rooms...no complaints!

A tired, over-priced 1980s property looking for an investor with big bucks. Nothing about this hotel was impressive. The desk clerk was to busy on the phone to check us in... and there were no other guests in the lobby. On our way to the room we saw padlocks on meeting room doors. Padlocks! The room self was clean and...

I read all the reviews about the former Sheraton hotel....Yes the hotel needs some rehabbing... new rugs, repair ceiling stains, etc.Room was very clean. Front desk very friendly. The coffee shop lady was very friendly. We look forward to visiting again as they make the transistion to a Radison.
